Returns & Exchanges
At Cou Cou Intimates, we want you to feel confident in your base layers, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original Cou Cou packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
